To achieve these goals, AFC's Quality Process begins with the receipt of the customer's quote and purchase order. AFC Engineers and Designers then work directly with our customers to arrive at clear, quantified quality criteria. Manufacturing and Quality Assurance then closely control each step of the production process -- from final design, through fabrication and shipping to installation, to ensure conformance to the customers's requirements.
All raw materials are evaluated to make sure that hey meet AFC's high quality standards. Regular physical inspection and measurements during fabrication -- dimensions, wall thickness, hardness, resin/glass content, and constant visual checks for defects -- document that the design criteria are met.
